GOVERNANCE & EXECUTION

From report
to delivery.

A technical report was available. The route to actual recovery still had to be organised.

The situation

A board was dealing with façade leaks and a technical investigation report. Several parties were involved, expectations differed, and questions remained about precisely what needed repair. The situation called for a practical next step.

The intervention

I helped translate the report into a concrete scope. Missing parts of the dossier were collected, the next-step approach was redesigned and the parties involved were brought together.

The progress

A specialist was brought in, the assignment was defined and a workable recovery path was created. This gave the board a concrete basis for its next decisions and for organising delivery.

What this case shows

A report does not solve the organisational problem by itself. The difference lies in connecting technical findings, responsibilities and the people who actually have to deliver the work.
